Summary:
Generalist for Human Resources Department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for the Hospital employees.
Essential Functions:
Supports the functions of the HR Department.
Maintains HR database information and employee personnel files.
Handles New Hire onboarding tasks.
Provides training presentations, including new employee orientation.
Sets up all pre- employment screenings, background checks, fingerprinting, etc.
Supports all Human Resources staff members in details and administration ADDITIONAL
Responsibilities:
As assigned by Human Resource Director KNOWLEDGE/SKILL/ABILITIES:
Requires prior knowledge of principles and practices of human resources.
Prior experience with an HRIS database preferred.
Requires effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.
Position handles questions, solves issues as they arise.
Provides administrative and clerical support to Human Resource Director.

MINIMUM POSITION
Qualifications:
Education - High school diploma; AA degree or equivalent preferred.
Work Experience - Five years demonstrated Human Resource department or administrative work experience.
Training License/Certification - PHR preferred.
ENVIROMENTAL CONDITIONS:
Indoor office setting controlled environment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
